The stair made of steel is broken as on 24th Sept 2022. So one can't climb on top to see the view. However standing on the bridge too has terrific view of Khandala ghat on one side and Dukes nose on another. Terrific view of western ghat. Love.
Sight seeing spot for Pune-Mumbai travellers. There are a couple of stalls where you can get snacks and tea. It is foggy in rainy and winter seasons. At night there are only headlights of vehicles which makes it a beautiful sight. If you are travelling from Pune to Mumbai, please take a stop here for the sight ans support the local vendors
The view was beautiful but it's a bit risky to climb as there is almost no space to keep your foot on top two stepping rods and the support rods move a bit too. Should be made a bit safer for people to climb.

Beware guys the iron stair railing is dangarous to climb up and down. It is not made for tourists however it's for maintaininace purpose of iron net placed there. People try to go up with their kids. However you can not even smoothly walk at upside.
Quite an interesting place, bordering Mumbai, Pune and Khandala from the convenience of Lonavala...great sunsets and views of the Sahyadri mountain range, upcoming projects in MMR and train/road traffic moving slowly.. the bridge though needs to be cleaned
That is the most beautiful point near khandala and Lonavala and the most interesting point it's middle side on express way
