Experience is pathetic if you don't buy feom them regularly. They kept gold for a Design and delayed, when asked to return they asked for GST and extra charges to return own gold.

The staff is very polite and jewellery is genuine, all hallmarked... Designs are superb and they also give good value on exchange of old gold jewelry with new gold jewelry... They have a big karotometer for checking genuineness of gold.. Racently I bought Turkish pattern gold necklace... Making was very nice and I think this shop is best in akola with reasonable making charges too... For 22 carat gold jewelry they charge for 22 carat and for 18 carat gold jewelry, they charge 18 carat... Many jewellers are cheating by charging 24 karat gold rate for 22 carat and 18 carat gold jewelry... Consumer should be aware of such fraudulent methods used by many jewellers.... Moreover when we return their jewelry again 10 percent is deducted, but here in Ekta jewellers, they will not deduct 10 per cent again if we exchange jewelry of their shop.... They will only take making charge and we get new jewelry of equivalent weight of our gold jewellery.... This policy is best and no other jeweller in Akola gives this benefit to their customers....
