My experience with this shop left much to be desired. I opted for a customized product, but unfortunately, they didn't seem to pay close attention to the specific details I provided. What's more, after the final product was made, they clearly denied my custom request. I'd advise customers to ensure that their requests are noted, as I faced issues with the final product not meeting my expectations.
I have a disappointed experience.. They are told me that they have a offer on Dhanteras festival that 1 gram of silver is free on 1 gram of gold and after Dhanteras i'll visit the store and they said no this offer is only on a 22 carat of gold but since I'll also buy a 1 gram of 22 carat of gold but they told me that above 1 gram gold they provide that offer.... And the manager is misbehaving with us ..
I had a disappointing experience at this jewelry shop. The staff was incredibly arrogant, and their gold investment policy turned out to be fraudulent. Initially, they made false promises about the policy, but when it matured, they refused to fulfill their earlier commitments. Furthermore, the unavailability of the manager added to the frustration. I would caution Amaratikar to be wary of this shop.
