The behavior of delivery guy is very rude. I raised complaint but no action taken. Whoever facing issues with ekart, do one thing. Order from flipkart with COD and cancel it at time of delivery. Spread this to everyone and lets teach them a lesson. They should shutdown the services at any cost
Worst service and they don't even call customers and mention that delievery failed without informing and when we reach courier service office they won't even respond properly better to have change in their delivery service.

These guys are cool. They answer every question that you have over your consignement. Also very less calls from the delivery partner ro deliver the order.
