Ekante Bliss - IHCL SeleQtions - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

We loved our stay here. As the renovation is taking place on the first 3 floors the hotel, only 5th & 6th floor is accessible, but honestly, our stay was quite comfortable. Rooms are very clean. I will more talk about the food.. They have great food. The food we tasted made us really nostalgic, best food we had after many many years. Our compliments to the chef!! We will visit them again esp for THE FOOD

Once a famous destination... really so sad to see this at the current bad situation. It is no more a five star hotel. The rooms are shabby services. Very poor and food is not up to the mark and overall ambience is really poor. It is time for BLISS to get a complete makeover. Not just the outlook but specifically the staff as well. Right outside hotel at entrance itself it stinks! Parking is maintained so poorly. Staff is not even able to converse properly. Wifi doesn't work properly. The view on both sides or very bad. All the staff queue up for tips and it is so embarrassing and uncomfortable. Overall a very bad experience. I still hope Bliss will take this feedback and make this the same old five-star bliss so that we can visit again.

Visited only the restaurant. Taste was good but they took plenty of time to get the food ready even though there were no other customers. Twenty-five minutes to cook the food in reality turned out to be forty-five.

Quality service and cordial service from staff. Enjoyed the ambience. Ordered Majestic chicken,chilli chicken,Gobi -65.starters. The smooth texture of gobi-65 is nice.chicken straters taste is ordinary. Mojito taste was nice and taste was up to the mark. Chicken biryani taste was okay. Most of the items felt like a quality, fresh bite. Taste was okay not extraordinary. Quality service

Good service, comfortable rooms. The room service is helpful. They clear your plates after a decent, realistic duration. Chicken 65 and Apollo fish are a must try

Pathetic services I am a regular here from past 10 years and they're services are very bad and they are also going to change their name from bliss to taj and the toilets were also not clean lights in the room are broken and staff just want tips no one is intended to give good services they're buffet is pathetic and it's not like before and also it's pathetic

We were a family of 4 and 2 little kids with a last minute change of plans looking to stay for a night in Tirupathi. From answering my first call to enquire, the hotel staff were highly considerate and polite in accommodating our requests and ensured our stay was as pleasant as it can get. Thanks to Mr.Venkatesh and Ms. Harathi at check-in desk. Their in house restaurants, and hospitality are worthy of special mention! The food was delicious and the buffet breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of items. Thanks to Haritha and Shanthi for their welcoming service. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

They have lots of power failures at night. The rooms are out dated. The breakfast is disgusting. There is a tv that works, but no channels to view . The airconditioner is weak, and the food is of very poor standard. The shower is decent and linen is extremely poor quality. The reason I give 2 stars is the manager asked me not to give a one star rating.
