Speaking from personal experience. Think 100 times before you put money in this fraud scheme. Ekana does not have any funds of their own and only circulating people investments to pay it back monthly payout. Once the cash flow is over they will announce bankruptcy and then you will be stuck with a dead investment and all your hard earned money will be gone. I have put 15 lack downpayment towards a unit in this project and they have sold the same unit to another person same time without acknowledging any cancelation or returning my money. I have been chasing for refund close to 3 months now and every week I am given new date. These people have given me absolute absurd reason.....such as...we have to clear our monthly payment cheque first, we don't have funds, to seniors are traveling to watch cricket and don't have time to sign cheque. I have been tossed around one department to another and one person to another without any resolution. This is the state of fraud and no regards for customer they are operating at. After trying all my venues, I have to post it here.... if you are going to put money think twice, you want proof to validate my claims, drop me a message here and I will be happy to share one on one. This fraud project is bound to fail, don't fall far the Stadium, the funds are separate and can't be used towards any other projects.
