This yoga center is one of the best in gurgaon. Amidst the lush greenery as I step in to their space , I get transported into a world of serenity , calmness and bliss. The teachers are excellent and give personal attention to each student. With my fast paced lifestyle this is food my soul and excellent for my body. What Ekagrata means to me... I Joined Ekagrata during covid time. Got covid twice but am now in good health because of these yoga classes.
