The water coming from the mountain goes to the valley and is used for agricultural irrigation without wasting it.Nice natural place to bathe and enjoy.There are no shops around. The depth of the water is sufficient for bathing

This is a man made water canal with a wonderful backdrop of western ghats. For those who cannot afford to visit a similar Thotti Palam in Mathoor, Nagercoil, this is an alternate option. While it is easily accessible by 2 wheeler, I will recommend SUV's than small cars, as the last 750 - 1000 meters, don't have tar road. A family or friends can easily spend an hour or two. Recommend to visit in the morning or in the evening before 5:30 p.m. There are no eateries or shop nearby, hence do carry drinking water with you. A good place for all the nature lovers.
