One of the best Electronics & Home appliance shops in Kottakkal. The last day I have purchased a LG LED TV from here. Nice and good behavior of the sales staff. But I waited half hours for the Purchase bill due to a technical issue. I think this is a better place to purchase electronic gadgets.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I called them for washing machine service due to the complaint. They promised me the service will be done in 3 working days. After 1 week, I tried to call them, but their customer support number is switched off. Even I tried in night to check and it was ringing but there is no reply. I would like to suggest everyone, if you are not expecting after sale services even in the warrenty period, you can buy products from Eham. If you want to fix your products complaint immediately, don't go with Eham. @Eham, if you are not giving proper service. Please don't give your number. I purchased sanitary items near by your shop. And, there is a complaint on one of the item, they responded very quickly. Please try to learn how to maintain the business. I'm very disappointed with their service. Update on 09/06/2023: I called again in your helpline number on 7th and they again promised, will consider this asap. Nobody get any response yet. I'm not in home but I tried to followup this by call and wasting my phone balance. And, thank you for giving the direct number and not attending that phone. If you are really take care of the customer, you have to take an immediate action on the second time complaint. It is better to buy products in online compared to your services. Thank you so much for this bad customer services. I will try to not slip again in future with you and advise to my loved ones. Updates on 12/06/2023: Called the direct number again on last saturday and finally they attended and tried to cover up their fault. And promised, the service will be provide on Saturday itself or next day. Today is Monday night and still no response.

I'm actually from Kozhikode, however I want to thank Eham Kottakkal for helping me arrange a certain product even though I'm from Kozhikode. Bravo to the group, and keep going. They continue to offer their items at very competitive prices. Keep points are knowledgeable staff members.
