One of the best park in Egmore area. I daily go for a walk in this park. One disadvantage is that this park does not have a organised walking group. It is opposite to Rani meiyammai hall. If you choose to go for a walk. Evening is the best time. But after dark you will be greeted with mosquitoes.

There is no plan where Iam going outside, just visited after 2kms Egmore park, happy to have benches inside the place I can sit for sometime with some fresh air, Sitting from there we can watch outside people's and trafic, also inside the park it is not that much rush when I visited around 5pm. And again after few minutes started to other place

This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
