Effingut - Koregaon Park - Pub in Pune - Pune, India

Had a wonderful experience here. Food, service and ambience... All good. Tried Onion Rings, Chicken Wings, Pork Ribs and Chicken Pepperoni pizza. All are tasty. Their beer is good and also their cocktails. Worth trying a Gin based cocktail called "A Bath with a Stranger". Service was really nice.

Great ambience don't make great tasting food. Ambience was good but food could have been better. Service was good too. Tried the beer samplers. All tasted almost identical. Tried their pork dish. It was horrible. I'm a chicken wing professional as I come from the land of chicken wings. The wings were a little below average for me. This is just my opinion. But very creative bathroom signs,

Effingut in Koregaon Park is so fun! They have a huge selection of beers and their food is incredible. But, their food is absolutely incredible. Do try their thecha paneer- it just melts in your mouth and has an incredible bite. Their dumplings are pretty fun- especially the cream cheese dumplings. Their Bengali style mustard prawns are incredible as well.

I regularly visit effingut and my own experience is if you sit on lower desks after 7~8 Pm then vibe in the lower desks is more touching to the upper desk. The reason is that on the bottom seating area you will hear Bollywood songs which creates the atmosphere which is not available in the top section.

We went there around 11 pm, fews tables were empty, Effingut is most amazing place to have different types of beer according to your taste buds

Loved this place the food and drink was good chilled atmosphere . Can sit and talk and have good time with friends. Must visit with friends

A very lively atmosphere i must say first because of the music being played and people dancing on the floor, that makes it a very happening place. Coming to the food, a non veg paradise in my opinion, I had ordered Peri Peri Chicken and Kebabs Platter which were delicious. For pork lovers, they have pork dishes as well. I ordered a Dal Khichdi as well which was Lip Smacking as i did not think some one could make a khichdi with a buttery texture. I did not try their Apple / Mango beers since it was quite late at night and I had to drive a long way. Although it may have been non alcoholic, why to take unnecessary risk. Although in my opinion they make their own Beers so the taste is unique. They have valet parking available so no issues for parking space in the bustling KP area

Effingut is at best a dive bar than a microbrewery. Even if you're using a Dineout out offer for 50% off, it's still not worth it. The cocktails were just bad. Beer was decent at best. The service is pretty bad, it took 10min to get one order placed and more than 15 to get the order and 1. Order was placed wrong (glass instead of pitcher) 2. Received cold French Fries I don't know who serves French fries cold. They started off playing good music but soon went on to become so loud that we couldn't even hear each other on the table. I would not recommend this place or go here again, it was not a good experience.
