EENNRA GUEST HOUSE - Guest house in Malda - Maldah, India

If you want to feel something like horrible then this hotel is for you...I used to stay for 1 day and I stayed several times..but one day I feel that something is going very wrong from another room which is situated just beside of our room and the time is around 3:00 A.M. we clearly heard someone just throwing all the things like sofa,chair,etc accessories but each 5 minutes the bathroom gate was opening and closing and commode was flashing.. during that time I was jst shocked that a normal man can never do such things it was continued 3 A.M. TO 6 A.M. and I can't stay there by seeing such things...and the most shocking part is when I reached reception for check out in register book there was no one in the entire floor...only us was there...before leaving the hotel I checked once the room where the sound was coming from but again I shocked the room is totally fine and the room was in check in condition...if you want to stay this hotel it's depend on your choice I m just sharing what is happening at that night...it's really horrible...and I pretty sure there was something which we can't identify as a human

one of the best stay i ever had. there service is too good and very fast. we checked in at 12 mid night and they allow us to check-in and provide us dinner too done

We had our worst experience in our whole road trip with this property. The place was all dusty and the bathrooms weren't clean at all. Since we were travelling with a small kids aged 3; and as they were allergic, I requested them to mop the room, which they readily refused. This place has no free parking and we have to pay an addition payment of Rs. 200 to park our vehicle overnight in their very own compound. As they don't serve complimentary breakfast, we had paid an additional payment for breakfast in advance while making the booking. However they refused to give us breakfast as the breakfast was for only two and not three. The whole experience with them.

Rooms ok, but food is not available. Need to order from out side. While staying electric went and hotel couldn't arrange back up like generator or inverter for two hours.

I have come to this guest house for the first time. The location of this guest house is very good. Room size is very good. The interior of the room is very nice. But pillow cobhar bedsheet is not maintained.

The hotel amenities were good considering the room fare. Staffs were polite and helpful. A point for improvement - Please confirm the gate pass to the security staff before the guest reaches the exit gate during checkout, so that the guest doesnt need to wait for the final confirmation at the exit. Doesnt feel good..!! Rest all good.

I stayed for 3 days. I recommend you, it was very good hotel. Drawback was there is no kitchen but they will provide menu of partners hotel, if we call and order then food will be delivered on hotel room directly.

Honestly, the best Enara Hotel in Malda is still in my opinion. The Railway station and bus station are very close to this Enara hotel and all the sights are very close from here. The rooms in this hotel are very nicely arranged. At this hotel every day their staffs come and work and clean the room. This hotel has facilities for all kinds of things. If you think you want to eat something, the staff of this hotel will bring you food as soon as you call. The staff of this hotel is very good to use they are very polite. So I request you one day if you want to visit Malda city or for any work, don't forget to stay in this hotel.
