The environment is grt for motivation. The trainers are very supportive and guide u for everystep. I have seen grt improvement in myself and the best part is they have zumba for amazing cardio and fun dance sessions.
The trainers at this gym are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes it a great place to work out. The prices are very reasonable and there are plenty of discounts available on yearly packages. They even provide diet plans to help you reach your goals. I really enjoy working out at this gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit.
I was looking for a fitness studio nearby my home where we have some good trainers with all round knowledge on health and fitness along with understanding that each one's fitness goal and body condition is different. My search around it ended with The Edge Gym. It has good ambience along with really experienced trainers with personal touch. Now a days that personal touch is missing from most of the organizations.
