I had chosen deep tissue massage and all they did was scrubbing my body with some pressure along with oil. Before massage i had chosen a north masseuse. But they sent a south masseuse. After massage the hot water for shower that they provided was hardly for 5 mins. Post that they turned off the hot water. I did not find it worth the payment i made.
Good spa , they have good therapists especially they are experienced in deep tissue and sports massage also reasonable price - suggest to take membership package for good offers. The part where the spa needs improvement is infrastructure, shower rooms are below average , sauna and steam room is always faulty and poor in ambience .
Reception and their check in process is very smooth and clear. Most Therapists I have worked with know what they are doing and does have the skill sets to relax me . The place is very pleasant and with good ambience. The most important is the staff they are very kind and humble. I highly recommend this spa one should visit . 5/5* star .

I live in United States and frequently visit Bengaluru. I get their package deals in my every visit and works for me to spread them across while I stay. I go over their catalog and choose a different one every time. Believe me I am not disappointed with most of them. Reception and their check in process is very smooth and clear. Most Therapists I have worked with know what they are doing and does have the skill sets to relax me specially after long haul planes. The only think I am not happy with their is the towels they provide. They are a little hard for me (I am used to fluffy ones) and I have requested them to change it a couple of times when I found them stinking. Well that's just a minor issue and I am hoping that will change by my next visit early next year.
Wonderful atmosphere and excellent professional service. The place is very well-maintained and other facilities are spotless. Highly recommended.
