Eden Critical Care Hospital - General hospital in Chandigarh - Chandigarh, India

My mother was diagnosed with stones in gal bladder. We got her admitted in Eden critical care hospital Chandigarh for surgery. Doctors and staff of the hospital are very transparent and supportive. Surgery was done 2 days ago, which was successful and after thorough check ups she was discharged from the hospital 1 day after surgery. She is now recovering/ recuperating at home. Follow up check up after 7 days. Thanks to Eden management and staff. Highly recommend Eden hospital. Regards

Very bad hospital. Insurance department considers themselves more busy then prime minister of India. Obsolete MRI Machines. Doctors are pathetic, and are only focused to keep patients admitted without any reason to earn more money. My father was kept admitted in hospital for Neurology treatment unnecessary and un-required doses/medicines were given to him only to earn more money, knowing the fact that problem was only of eyes and nothing to do with Neurology.

I had an exceptional experience at Eden Critical Care Hospital. The staff was highly professional, caring, and attentive to my needs. The facility was clean and well-maintained. I received top-notch medical care, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my stay. Definitely deserving of a five-star rating!

My wife was brought to the hospital in critical condition as she had fluid around her heart. She was admitted in icu.she was treated very well and after the diagnosis and treatment she went home in good condition. the patient care by nurses and doctors was excellent. We were properly explained about our patient condition. I would extend my sincere thanks to the team of Eden hospital.

I am visiting this hospital for a long time and got admitted here twice times in critical state. Everytime I got well and was discharged in very good condition. The behaviour of the doctors and staff was excellent. We were explained properly my condition by the doctors. The tests and the treatment given was appropriate and very fast. I would recommend this hospital to everyone in case of need.

Amazing services and great hospitality. My husband was admitted for 5 days, and we received great support from the assigned staff and doctors. They were proficient at their work.

Everyone is requested not to go to this hospital for treatment. I came here on 21st August with my grandfather who is an ex-serviceman. These people admitted him here and started treatment. After this he started playing, in the name of treatment,they had only sodium chloride, which they started giving in buckets.After which instead of improving, the condition started worsening and my grandfather started having trouble breathing. I thought it appropriate to take leave immediately, but these people do not consider the ECHS member as a patient, they consider him as a money printing machine and try to keep him in the hospital for maximum days. We were there for 8 days, even we don't want to continue the treatment they want us to spend 1-2 more days so they can get some extra money. Staff - MD Bansal used to come on rounds in the morning and go ahead after asking just one thing "Inka Kya Hai" I don't think he would have any words beyond this. Cardiologist and Ortho both were good. The nurses' behavior with the people was fine, but their fights among themselves and the ear-splitting noises were terrifying. One day the nurse and the canteen boy were talking about breaking each other's mouth. And beware of their ambulance driver, he is part of a religious conversion gang who will inspire you to become a Christian. Overall, I request ECHS people not to get your treatment done here, they will only admit you for 10 to 15 days, they will also test those who are not needed.Then we will make a long and wide bill and give it to the government. And your disease will remain the same. I will talk to the Ex-Servicemen League of my area and ensure that neither their mobile ambulance comes to our area nor anyone goes to the hospital for treatment.
