Bad customer service and my eyebrows got damaged by the parlour staff's service. They are not ready to accept their mistake and started arguing with me. Unprofessional treatments and arrogant staff behaviour.

Today my sister visited the parlour for eyebrow threading, her eyebrows got damaged by the parlour staff. Poor customer service and worst staff behaviour to clients.
