Edassery Sealine Villas Stay - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

A class bad service. Customer service was very bad . They have only interested collect money. After getting money they behave like we are criminals. I never stay these much worst hotels. Read all reviews and book . If any authority people's there, just read your hotel review then you can understand. Go and beg , it's better than cheating.

Poorly maintained hotel with poor service. Staffs were not at all professional in dealing the guests. We were told that they have restaurant facility open till 10 30pm. At 8 30 We called the restaurant to order food and they told there's no food available since the cooking gas was over. They din't have the minimum courtesy to let the guest know before a minimum time so that we can order food online atleast, as there were no other restaurants or hotels available nearby. It's not in the proper happening cherai beach area it's near kuzhuppily beach

We have stayed in Edassery Sealine Villas Stay, In front face you have the cherai beach and back side you have a backwaters.. The overall view is awsome. Rooms are good and they have a pool area, you can spend a quality time with your family & friends.

Very bad experience restaurant are not open. Complementary foods are not good.wifi connection are very low signal inside room.Totally bad.. Wrost money. Atmosphere are very good calm and quiet...

really bad hotel experience. not good for family. staffs are rude and have take it or leave it attitude. pool will be closed at 6 pm. so the only option is to use it while sun is high and the water is hot. can't chill in there. at morning won't use the pool since all the flies from night will be floating in it. so basically were forced into room by 6-7 pm. or can go outside. rooms are not properly cleaned. found cockroaches in bathrooms, food left overs at the games rooms etc. better get food from outside, since the food is pricey, little quantity and takes more than 45 mins to get.

I recently stayed at Edassery Sealine Villa Stay resort in Cherai and had a great experience. The property has a wonderful ambiance, with a beautiful pool and a stunning lake view from the poolside. Additionally, the resort only provides one complimentary water bottle per room, and any additional bottles are charged. This could add up for guests who prefer to drink more water throughout the day. Furthermore, the resort does not provide a dental kit, which may be a disappointment for some guests. In summary, Edassery Sealine Villa Stay resort in Cherai is a beautiful property with a great ambiance and stunning views. The staff, especially the receptionist Vishnu, were excellent and had a positive attitude. However, families with children may want to consider the presence of a beer and wine parlor on the property. We booked the sea facing room at the second floor and the resort stay was overall goodRooms, balcony area and the bathroom were well maintained and cleaned The main attraction of the resort is their "swimming pool", which has a beautiful backwater view The sunrise and sunset view from the resort is worthful. The resort manager, Mr. Vishnu is good in customer service and he took care of all our needs Now comes to the negatives part of our stay, 1) Complimentary breakfast is pathetic. We got Bread , butter, Mixed Fruit Jam, Idiyppam and potato curry, that's itfinished compare to the room price, this is not at all acceptable. 2) Restaurant service is very poor, delayed response is the main problem. 3) Not maintaining strict rules for swimming pool usage. No resort staff's to monitor. Many are using the pool by wearing sarees and churidars. Pool hygiene is a big concern for the guest. Rest all services we felt good and hope the resort management will take care of these 3 issues.

Guys never try to go this hotel. Very poor maintained rooms they doesn't have play area . swimming filter is not working so from morning same water . And all staff are very rude if u ask anything.u even can't go to toilet tat much dirty . Told to clean the toilet twice but not done .. food is very limited and not good ... So please don't imagine to go here . Wen it came to safety not good for family and couples . From one room to another room it is very easy to go how much ever u tried to lock the balcony door it's not at ol working in almost all room we took 4 rooms all the room same problem..whoever wants to enter ur room they can come very easily maybe the other guest or hotel staff... all the room doors are damaged
