I consistently choose Edaparambil whenever I'm in search of a dress. For some reason, other textile shops' clothing selections don't quite meet my expectations.(I'm not saying this is the best shop there is) The standout feature is the exceptionally kind and friendly staff, which adds to the overall positive experience. The Experience was Very Good with Customer Friendly Staffs and with a vast variety of Clothes and Materials to choose. Edapparambil Textiles have a Very Good Parking Area. Edapparambil is one of the Store to buy or choose from a Variety of Options in Pala though it is a little bit Pricy.

The clothes are reasonable but the staff has no manners towards the customer. They are rude and not at all pleasant. Especially staff who are dealing with the material section. One of the lady staff refused to show the clothes. I think it's because we came there with friends, not with family members. We all feel awkward. Any way we approached 3rd staff who was kind and helpful, about the materials, and all of them were great

Parking nis little conjusted during peak time .. Worst billing mechanism... They will collect the dressess once you purchased and there is lot of awful process before check out.. it's really worst and time consuming, frustrating mechanism.. otherwise I would have rate atleast 3.5 to 4. Service is good. Informative staffs.

If there was an option to give them zero stars I would happily give them so. The customer service is extremely terrible and they are just plain rude. They do not even search what we want and just tell you it is not available but the other staff found the same thing we were looking for. There was a lady with a gold rimmed spectacle, we were not even assigned to her but she passed a comment saying that it would be nice if we could get nice customers. Maybe it is because of the monopoly they have in Pala, they are just belligerent and arrogant.

Highly recommended textile in pala. Shop provides variety of dress collections though slightly expensive. Staff organisation and customer service are good . When we choose this place for shopping, we need some more patience as shop is always crowdy as well as busy . Shop has separate area for saree .We get casual as well as designer sarees. They have got plenty of collections .We can purchase winter jackets ,thermals and all kinds of other winter dresses. They provide good parking facility. My all time favourite textile.

I was a regular customer since my childhood,I always recommend edapparambil to my friends and family.During my vacation time I bought a dress material to stitch it .But it was damaged item (which I didn't noticed)but the owner of the shop won't accept it when i come back with it (even with bill )and his attitude was very bad ,towards the staff and customer,first time experienced like that .Really disappointed
