Overall a very good experience. Well maintained rooms with bathrooms as well. Spacious room with window. Nice food at affordable price. I had been staying in a hotel next to Ecotel(Sayona) for last 10 years but this time staying in Ecotel made me feel good and wondering why I did not tried this hotel previously. Overall a perfect one for individual & family travelers.
Good location, but services are not up to mark fake promises over the app, but no use of it.
Be cautious before booking they are not providing the 24-hour checkin and checkout.
I have read the reviews by you if, in that case, you have to change the tag line from 24 hrs check-in and checkout to earliest availability so that it can't create the confusion of fellow customers.
Check- in: Excellent, very smooth.
Room and Washroom: Excellent. 100% clean and hygienic.
Food: good, 4 out of 5.
Staff: Very cooperative and cool. I must mention the front desk staff Mr. Abhinav Gaur's very cordial and efficient service.
Location: Very convenient, close to Lucknow jn.( Charbag) and behind Charbag bus station. A quiet place.
Overall: A 100% perfect 3 star hotel. Worth the amount paid.

But all reception staffs are not well trained, reception guy asked me for ID for check-in, I given him my passport he said sir its local issued id we don't accept local id, I told him sir it's Passport and accepted world wide, I given him my adhar card also, then he realised Passport is very important document and ID accepted world wide.
I am really happy with hotel restaurants. Food was testy.
During check-in and check-out they are helping with your luggage.
During check-out my child was hungry and reception guy offer some fruit, I denied it because i was having already, But his gesture was really good.
