Though the company is good and well established the lady HR Manager hired by the company lacks basic ethicates. During the whole interview process the HR seem to be lacking in basic manners and how to behave with someone who has come long way from Nashik city to face the interview. Also there is way too much of follow up made by HR post interview as though forcing us to join the company ASAP this really irritates someone as employee also need some time before making any decision. Company should always think ten times before hiring such HR or else it will hamper its own growth.

Its honest review, i am ex-employee from this company. For more than 2 years i was working with them. Company is good to work, you will get product knowledge and skills will also improve, every department is very helpful except HR. Hr policies are worst w.r.t employees point of view. At the end of your tenure u will surely endup some mess in terms of ur FNF, notice period or any terms and conditions which u will not be aware of. Suggestion is before resigning in your previous company or joining this company always check terms and conditions. Dont trust on verbal promises. For me written promises regarding bonus was not fulfilled in FNF. Rest of the things ends well.

This place is absolutely away from rush, if girls are travelling to this place please beware before going, i was forced by consultant to visit this place and they didnt even gave feedback which is highly unprofessional, why cant they view cv before calling canddiate? And also i was misguided by consultant about address saying that it takes only 20 mins to reach from thane station where as it is an hour journey. I will recommend everyone to read reviews before appearing interviews here

Not giving service and charging money for services very poor management no co ordination between staff they want only extra charges

V v Poor management, they expecting v high knowledge from fresher at v low salary also not understanding capacity of management. Working environmental is also v bad.
