Ecom Express private limited - Courier service in Puthencavu - Alappuzha, India

Package arrived a week earlier than the estimated delivery date. I opted to go to their office and collect the package instead of home delivery as it was convenient for me.

Very bad service, they got my courier one week ago and not yet delivered, we try to contact them no one is answering,

The delivery person called and told will call once they reach landmark destination. My AJIO prepaid order is still pending. Latest update shows wrong address. How come that be possible when other items of the same order was delivered to me on time by other courier service. I am still waiting for the parcel. There is no way to contact them too. They have not attempted delivery and updated as attempted, customer bot available. This is not fair at all. Checking the reviews too I felt that many people have experienced the same. all the message that I am getting is they were unable to deliver due to wrong address or undelivered, attempt has to be made, out for delivery etc. Call properly and ask the way to come please. We keep receiving so many packages day in and day out at the same address, only Ecomexpress has not been able to deliver.

If there was an option to update 0 stars I would gladly update this. This is a joke of an organisation. I have ordered an item that arrived at Ernakulam and was there for a week, and then when it did arrive at Chengannur they haven't delivered it and updates the same that they have contacted me without doing so, and also saying my address is incorrect and other reasons without contacting me. I got fed up after 2 weeks of waiting and asked the seller and he gladly sent a replacement packet, with the same address. That got delivered without any issue. This is not the first time I have had issues with this courier. Every time I expect that this time it would be different, but it never has been. Avoid this at any cost. It's better to use a different courier service or even better to use India Post. You could also walk and deliver the packet to the other person before these people arrive. So pathetic service and no use in complaining anywhere.

The worst ever courier of my knowledge, these fellows kept my courier for 5 days in their warehouse without giving any intimation, at last i contacted my product's customer care only then they sent the courier. There is not even a mobile to contact them.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. they didn't deliver the package from Amazon. They just kept the package for 3 days and returned by telling "they attempted the delivery". This is like day light robbery. Very very bad attitude for a service provider. Did my part by complaining to Amazon.

Had some issue with mobile number. Approached their delivery center for help. They couldn't handover as they require OTP sent to the number provided. Better to connect with their customer care to resolve the issue before approaching the delivery center or else you can approach for pickup if everything is place, not highly advised though.
