ECO Hospital and Diagnostics - Private hospital in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Recently, I have visited to the hospital for my wife(maternity ward) and daughter's(NICU) treatment.This is a private hospital, but I believe that the government employees have better behavior/attitude than this hospital's reception staffs (especially a male staff).They haven't a minimum manners and courtesy. Otherwise okay.

Its a private hospital but beleive me government hospitals have better facilities then this hospital. Most of the Staffs, except Doctors have very bad behaviour. They don't have manners.

Even knowing the timing of head injury and the mri scan wont provide clear image. The staff will first do the mri and then tell that since the incident occured just minutes ago, the image is not clear. Very good way to earn money in dishonest way.

Very poor service and also poor behavior of nursing staff, GD staff,Receptionist.very bad experience get from this hospital customer are getting harrasment. They are asking extra money for documents what I can take.

I had a mixed experience at ECO Hospital and Diagnostics. The hospital is well-equipped with modern technology and offers various services and specializations. The doctors were knowledgeable and skilled. They diagnosed my condition and prescribed appropriate tests and medicines. The lab tests and scans were done with accuracy and speed. The hospital also has a good location on Jessore Road. However, the hospital is also crowded and noisy. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The doctors were busy and rushed. They did not explain everything clearly or answer all my questions. The pharmacy was out of stock of some medicines I needed. The hospital also has limited parking space and is hard to find during peak hours. I would recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare in Barasat, but be prepared for some inconveniences. I give it 3 stars out of 5.

Service is very bad.specially help desk employee is too rough.i was just asked that OPD list but she don't provide.

Its a average nursinghome located near opposite to Barasat district hospital(not exactly opposite). The hospital is always crowdy.the beds are average but the distance between two beds is very less,even its difficult to stand comfortably in between two bed.service & food is somewhat okay ,managable.Doctor s are also available & visiting their patients .

Most 3rd class nursing home ...the behaviour of the staffs (specially the reception staffs ) are not acceptable. Please be careful while received any bills . In one word Bakwas nursing home
