Eco Historical Park located besides historic pond Ningthem Pukhri (Ningthem Pukhri , Address: Wangkhei, Imphal east, Manipur 795005, Coordinate: 24deg47'56''N 93deg57'16''E, 4031m2, this pond was dug during great famine of 1724-25.), stood cleanly lonely the Eco Historical Park. Eco Historical Park is small constructed by Maharaja Garibaniwaj Memorial (MGM) Club on 8th December 2010, dedicated to the people of Manipur, later Ningthem pukhri Imphal Eco Tourism Park Complex development works taken by MDS under tourism works sanctioned in the year 2013-14. It is very refreshing to sit looking at the scenic beauty of the place. The place is easily accessible from Wangkhei kongba road and ayangpalli road. All sides of this pond is free spacious parking lot. One can find many restaurants near the place. Better to roam on the periphery of this pond in the evening for recreation and in the morning for a walk. It is quite spectacular look at it during Emoinu iratpa (worshiping) day wakching 12 panba of every year on this day one must have witnessed roadside stalls fully shone by candles lighting and designer lightings with heavily crowded from afternoon to very late night. Anyway this is a good place for recreation you can hang out with family and friends.
Nice place. Good for fresh air. Good for children playing and to teach about the historical heros of Manipur who fight for their motherland.

One of the best places in Imphal to hang out with friends and family. Very peaceful and calm environment. The road to this garden is little bit under developed and troubled you while driving. Overall I would suggest this is a great place to go for picnic and some outdoor activities with your loved ones.

This is one of the best places for recreational activities. It has quite charming and scenic beauty of its own. Location is quite outstanding where hill meets valley with full of greenery. Developers chose it very cleverly. This is also a good place to bring children and family members. You can enjoy your weekend with your love ones in this eco park. I hope you will not get disappointed....

Good for evening stroll. Family park. Couple can also come. But please restrain from intimacy and closeness from gf or bf as it is a family part located in the heart of the town. Entry is free
FYI, it's a local park and public to everyone. Not every locality have such a place where kids can play and elderly people can rest.. Of course, a little scope of improvement is there but overall it's good. Peaceful surrounding too.
