Stay was excellent. They have a room 301, Which has a very good balcony space for small parties like 18-20 pax . I celebrated my birthday there , all arrangements were great. Staff was very nice . Thank u Pacific in .

Poor service. It's a lower than third class. It's not a hotel, it's PG. Food is also not good. They don't care about there customers. There is no cleanness in it. They only want to pick money from customers pocket.

Good ambience ... Well behaved staff.. Nd good assistance.. Friendly ppl... I appreciate this hotel for its kindness. ! I must recommend this hotel to others!... Nd best part is it has balcony nd good air ventilation ... Cz our preference is always a ventilated room nd open room too.. So this hotel provides us this preference.. We usually come to this hotel just cz of these facilities! Good going!

There are some points which I noticed while my stay : 1. Reaching hotel was easy but many hotels with the same name (3 to be exact) are there in google search. 2. The hotel infrastructure is ok but i was expecting little better as per the photos available online. 3. Rooms are quite good in size and space but lack of maintenance was observed. 4. The rooms are not sound proof and u can hear noises from the outside quite clearly, this was the most hated thing i experienced during my stay. If you are looking forward for a sound sleep then good luck with that. 5. Lastly in the menu for food order most of the items where non veg, very less choices were there for veg food. But overall the stay was ok for me and I would suggest that if you are staying in this hotel then opt for a room on 1st or 2nd floor, the problem of noise will be less.

The stay was fine overall. Room was clean. The major problem was that they have now prohibited outside food and thereby forcing us to order the food from their restaurant only! This condition should not be there. Okayish. The tap water was not fixed and kept coming out. Otheriwse, hygience and maintenance seemed to be fine.

I loved my experience here! Went for dinner with a friend and we were both blown away by the quality and taste of Hoi food. The dessert was also incredible, Pineapple Delight also delicious. I highly recommend you check in this Hotel And check out the HOi Food ! Yum I cannot wait to go back!!

Hotel was good, easy transport facilities..Staffs are amazing, very cooperative. I had comfortable stay there and I was quite nervous as I was alone traveling for work but staff are so nice, especially Staff Suneel Kumar is quite professional and making sure my stay was good. Appreciate all staff, also the hotel charge was okay for me coz in Gurgaon hotels are expensive. But Pacific inn eco is budget friendly if you are looking for a night stay you can go here. Plus staff are nice so overall I"LL rate 10 out of 10. Xoxo :)

It's a small hotel with small rooms. Each room has some or other problem. First room given to me had dysfunctional almirah door. When I asked to change, they gave me a room with no plugpoints on bed side, no toilet paper in bathroom and broken main curtain pelmet. When I again asked to change, they gave me ground floor room in which cockroaches were roaming in washroom. Finally I changed back to the room with broken pelmet. Food quality is not good. Staff will say ok to your request and forget it. It was not a pleasant experience..
