Worst service ever experienced in a hotel with so many chains across the country. The staff wasn't there when I visited Eclair. They arrived 10 minutes after I waited and went to inquire. Ordered a cold coffee which took forever to arrive. Giving an extra star only for the cold coffee taste. The staff is not bothered about their customers.

My todays visit to Eclair at Courtyard Marriott was an absolute disaster. Arriving at 7:30 PM with a group of friends, we were hopeful for a delightful dining experience, but our optimism quickly turned into frustration. After placing our order for cold coffee, pasta, cheesecake, and orange juice, we endured a seemingly endless wait. The cold coffee arrived a painful 20 minutes later, followed by the pasta, which was disappointingly small in portion size. We had to reorder, enduring another 25-minute wait, only to find that the waiter had forgotten to bring us plates. We had to scavenge for plates from another table ourselves. The orange juice, the last item on our order, arrived just as our patience was wearing thin. To our disbelief, when we inquired about the cheesecake at 9:00 PM, we were informed that they had run out, without so much as an apology. Frustrated, we called the manager to express our dissatisfaction, only to receive a dismissive response. The lack of professionalism and customer service at Eclair was appalling, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment if they value their time and money. There are far better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver a memorable dining experience.

The place is very nice. The place looks good. The food and drinks are also good. The aloo Tikki and pani puri shots are a must have. It is a very comfortable place to be in.

Good location and great food . Try the farmhouse pizza . Also the spinach cheese pastry is very well made .the chocolate pastry with ice cream is also very soft and moist.

I loved it.. bartender was happy to oblige for the drink i suggested (irish coffee) which was not in the menu.. Even if he was making the drink for dirst time . He did great justice too it

You can definitely visit the place at least once. Offers great food and also has a great ambience.

Ambience and location is excellent, hot coffee was good but the Chef has no idea how a milkshake is made... I requested 1 Brownie shake he put so much ice it turned out to be 2+ glasses of it! He then threw more than half and gave me a glass which was "Brownie Juice" not the Milkshake I requested!
