For AC Deluxe Room, I got- Stinky room, misleading images online, no telecom, no AC remote in room (so that you don't use it), NO WIFI in the room! no reception, no room service, overcharged me with "sweets" and what not, things I never ordered. Untrained staff, one of them just walks in the room if the room is not locked from inside, no knocking, bird size portion for overcharged breakfast, dirty sheets, unswept floors. Basically everything that can go wrong except for the "good-cop" owner.
Lots of problem in hotel & it's not worth for stay an hour in this hotel . Attention to those who belong out of Nandurbar & wanted to stay in Nandurbar . Don't choose this hotel. I came here for the first time in this hotel with reference of review & completely disappointed. Room was so dirty that I couldn't stay an hour & wasted my money Rs 1350. I had booked deluxe ac room but room seemed to be Rs 500 so, unhygienic. Key factor : 1) Room is not AC deluxe room - It was dusty , smelly & very old . Worst door 2) AC not working . No remote given . Fixed temp 27 degC - no variation . 3) booked with breakfast. But breakfast not provided after request too . For your hard paid money, you need to beg for your breakfast & it's not sure whether you would get it or not . I hadn't had my breakfast because they hadn't given me after numbers of reminder. 4) staff behaviour worst . They are not even caring of customer . Rudely talked. They simply get your money & provide no facility . 5) very smelly & unhygienic washroom. 6) I have spent Rs 1350 for 1 night . But didn't able to stay an hours & check out very soon . Worst room.Wasted my money 7) for couple & business professional- not favourable- my suggestion - go with other hotel . I am written all this about what I have experienced in this hotel. My suggestion would help all upcoming travellers & take better decision. Don't spend hard money on such a waste hotel . Hope my written words will help you. Thanks Eatos - for Worst Warm welcome.
Extremely happy with their service. My train arrrived late post midnight but still owner made it a point to stay awake and answer my call just to make sure that i get a room. Their service is good and everyone is just a call away.
It's always surprising to get such a good host at remote properties. Great service, good people, polite staff and lastly delicious food offered. It was a family stay and they even provided pick up and drop service for Surat airport. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasant stay. you can get a seperate room or a sharing too, a common place like hall with tv and sofas, room service for everything, service is nice, the service guy rahim is a very nice person. toilet and bathroom for single room is outside the room shared with 2 rooms i guess but is very hygenic and comfy. amenities include table chair blanket towel napkin and grooming products. you get breakfast in the room which was good quality.
The place is extremely neat and tidy. There is complete Familiar Atmosphere, perfect for a vacation. The service and the rooms both are excellent.
