Actually I liked the sitting area and decorations but service wise they're not so great. So I ordered kitkat shake and they made me wait for that and offered me an oreo shake instead but I refused so they made me wait even more and yet then they served me with an Oreo shake which I didn't order. 30min of wait I was thirsty so I drank it it was normal nothing special
It's different from the usual themed cafes. It has a novel, spacious, open airy feel. The food is great too.

Nice place...good ambience and food but during summer it's a bit hot there...they do not have air conditioner there are small fans and one cooler that really don't cool the place well..
Even a small stall can provide greater service than this restaurant. I placed an order for pizza and one cup of cold coffee, and the waiter estimated that it would take 15 minutes. After two requests, the order arrived after 35 minutes. We were anticipating that by the time we finished the pizza, cold coffee would arrive, but that did not happen. The server was asked why cold coffee was not given at the billing counter by the manager/owner. I mean, if you can't prepare a plain cold coffee in under 40 minutes, I don't see why you opened a restaurant. The owner/manager, as well as the staff, were unprofessional..

The place is amazing. Loved the food. Everything was nearly perfect. The melting sandwich was to die for. "Death by chocolate" is a must try for chocolate lovers, however you won't be able to finish it alone;-) pizza gupchup was great too.
