Located near Quest Mall. Easy to locate. A health food cafe that dosen't serve bland food in the name of "healthy". Well decorated interiors. Friendly staff. Their menus have the calories of each dish mentioned. In the cash memo, they also mention the total calories of the meals you've had. A must visit place if you are into healthy eating. They have an elaborate vegetarian menu as well.

Outstanding restaurant for folks looking to enjoy a great Keto meal. They have a surprisingly large variety of items to choose from on the menu. Each item is broken up into number of carbs, fat content, (very IMPORTANT for guys on Keto), and all the details that you are looking for. They even have multiple Keto desserts. Spoiler alert: they make pizzas without dough and without carbs. If you are on Keto, I cannot recommend this place enough. Best Keto restaurant I have known of in the past one year anywhere in four countries I have been to since. Five stars easily.

I recently visited Eat Good Food and had an amazing experience. The fish bite and roasted pepper feta stuffed chicken were both delicious. The environment was calm and quiet, and the service was polite. Prices were good too. Highly recommended!

The food here is perfect and different. For a health buff like me, you have a wide variety of protein controlled, sugar controlled and calorie controlled options with different cuisines ranging from Indian to continental to thai and Italian. Rest assured, you won't be disappointed although the portion sizes of the meat may leave you wanting. The must try dishes are stuffed chicken, herbed mushrooms and the salmon fillet. You can also try the chocolate banana protein shake which tastes quite heavenly. The prices are like a gourmet restaurant. A meal for two should cost around rs 1000 with 2 main course dishes and 2 drinks.

The owner, Hena Nafis is a nutritionist and the menu, she said, is the result of her "entire education and 11 years of experience as a nutritionist". Recipes have been compiled through research and from her travels. Each dish comes with a calorie count, generated through a special software. There are no microwaved items, no fried items and there is minimal sugar content amd even gluten free options.

Nice, but they give very less quantity, food quality was good

Merits : 1. Not crowded 2. Whole grains used 3. Self made ingredients- Sauce , their own breads prepared in their own bakery 4. Provide an estimate of calories to customers 5. Not a quick service restaurant, everything prepared from scratch which ensures it is fresh 6. Sugar less desserts 7. I once ordered veg pizza , mushroom cream soup , whole wheat burger and chocolate brownie eggless without sugar - everything was wonderful in taste. 8. Courteous environment Limitations: Nothing as such , menu should include more main course items from Indian cuisine, plus healthy sugarfree beverages can be added.
