Lovely experience staying at easternwoods, staff in this hotel are very helpfull and kind never had a problem at all, I stayed there for 4 days it was a great hotel near by to the main market and restaurant
This hotel doesn't even deserve for 1 star.. hotel denied the booking when we reached hotel and it was over disappointing and bad customer experience I would suggest to book home stay which offer complete home for good price compared to this hotel Raj... property owner doesn't know to speak and OYO area manager knows only to lie.. conclusion is don't book and prefer home stay
We had reached out to hotel once we booked from OYO and even hotel confirmed booking but still they denied when we reached hotel they denied just because they got booking for higher price from another customer and I'm posting this comment with facts about what happened so I would suggest owner to improve language and communication skills.

1)There are 3 types of rooms starting from Rs. 3000 which seems reasonable for this kind of stay,

In a nutshell- this hotel is in Prime location, easy access to Raja seat (walkable distance), Mandalpatti (front desk can arrange Jeep safari to/fro from hotel at fair price- we paid 3k), room was clean and spacious.

Had a nice experience at the spa. Though we werent staying at the resort. Took the ayurveda package for a couple. And got great discount since it was a lesser preferred time at the spa.
We stayed for two nights the Rooms and Service was Good. And the Staff MR. Ravi Was so helpful and always available. What ever the request we gave was fulfilled by him even the small item like note book and pencils was provided by him he never refuse
They have authentic instant and filter coffee in the coorg. They also deliver the coffee across india in good packing. They also have good honey and homemade wine also. Must visit shop in Madikeri.
