This is the best building for dinner breakfast lunch here, For buying clothes and different types of shops are available in East point building Good news it is located near kurla station .

The mall staff is very bad. There is very poor service. Even after placing the order for more than 1500 rupees, they asked us to leave the food court once we were almost done eating. On asking the reason, they informed me that you can only sit in the food if our order is on hold. Worst customer service. The services and staff of the roadside stall are also better than the staff behaviors of the mall staff at East Point. I will not suggest any of my friends visit the mall. The worst customer service.not worth of rating.

It's not fully started but enough shops are there on 3rd floor food court is there and ground fast food restaurant like McDonald's and Burger King is there and famous Shop deluxe is there it's a good capacity mall and not started on full capacity

I would like to give 5 rate but because of one incident I Have to give 2. I went to burgerking yesterday with my friend n I ordered online the one of employees cashier ask me to give my phone for a min. N I asked him why he buffered something n took my phone n was gone to his senior n was searching something then after few min. He came to me I asked him what you doing n I saw he was giving feedback of mine by own self without asking me I asked him you do this with everyone he nodded n said yes. I wasn't react much at that moment but I said if you want feedback you can ask me I will give whatever I feel like dislike is this right to do you think n he was like nahi aisa h mam aap bhi de sakte ho feedback n was just putting face down giving feedback from my phone return to me I took my ordered n gone. Now is this right to do with customer ? As per customer act we are having a right to give honest feedback. This is really very disappointed experience I had with burgerking.
