Had an amazing stay with my my family there!! The place is perfect for family especially with children. It has an amazing lawn with a playground which my children loved to play in the whole day! The swimming pool is well maintained and clean. The house is spacious. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely go back there any time we plan a holiday in Chennai

We have stayed recently with family of 20 along with kids. Nice place for overnight stay, ambience, Service is good, rooms and restrooms are neat. AC is working well on rooms, ample number of vessels available on request at kitchen for quick preparation. Online ordering or nearby food delivery is added advantage. Beach is nearby within 600 meters. Overall good.

An extremely neat & well maintained property with a huge lawn, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. We had great fun and the beach is a 3 minute walk away. The owner was very polite to talk to and the caretaker of the property was a warm person that helped us with arranging food and also any other requests we had. Would highly recommend for people that truly want to have a peaceful and relaxing time with your friends within Chennai.

The ground floor room need more privacy, the curtains were quite transparent, restroom ventilation was also transparent, no blanket available, AC was good. The swimming pool is good. The shuttle court was fine. The garden is beautiful, good garden maintenance.

Want to experience Villa, private swimming pool, indoor and outdoor games, Private beach, This is a One stop destination for all. Worth every penny we spent on booking it on a weekday. The host is also super cool. He gave us the leisure to buy volley ball and deduct from the booking amount. Great one! Keep up the good work, Mr. Kashif.

It was a good experience, The property is well maintained and secure. Beach is at a walkable distance. Bathrooms are clean. Swimming pools are well maintained. Housekeeper coordinates very well and very helpful. He even came with us to buy fish from fish market. Overall it was a great experience and We are completely happy with the accommodation.

Excellent stay !. The property is very near to beach and has private access. Very spacious place with nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Rooms were clean except Kitchen which had a light foul smell. The Owner and Caretaker were very courteous & helpful. Will recommend for friends and family.

Comfortable stay! Family and kids were very happy. The care takers are always welcoming and supported for tea, cleaning , assisting etc. Jacuzzi was a blast and beach was an add on! Thanks Kashif for hosting! Would be buzzing you again for future plans!
