Clean and well kept rooms. Food served tasted really good. Very helpful staff. Worth the money spent. Amazing experience.

I called the hotel to book the room directly. The receptionist talk to me very rudely without considering me that I'm a lady. If they can't talk to someone politely how can we consider booking their hotel??? Need to take action against the receptionist with whom I had conversation today 25/6/23 8.30pm. Who thinks they have the rights to talk to a woman like that.

I visited the restaurant yesterday (17/06/23), i have a bad experience on the entrance itself, the chief security behaved very wrongly towards me and my family. While we are leaving he took our photos, by seing this we shouted and gave complaint against him. When i discussed about this with my friends, i realised that this is a routine behaviour of that chief security

Worst hotel in calicut. Security at the parking area on 17/6/23 at 2pm behaved very badly to us. He was very rude and arrogant. We were parking our car and then he came and asked us to park our car according to his instructions. He asked to move our car backwards and according to his instructions my husband was moving the car backward... We were repeatedly asking that security to look at our car's back to avoid the car hitting the wall . And then he said he is looking carefully and you move your car backwards and it wont hit the wall.. And at the next second itself the car hit the wall. But that rude man was still commanding us to move our car backwards.. But the people who were there ran towards the car and said "oh dont move car further backwards, it has already hit the wall, cant this security see this..." Our car's backlight was broken because of this security's negligence. But that security instead of apologising, was laughing at us. And adding to the worst, he took photo of our car while we were sitting in the car. Imagine how rude is that security to take customers photo including ladies without their permission. East Avenue, calicut - worst hotel we had ever seen.

Regret the stay at this property. Limited parking space, rude staff, linen is filthy in the rooms upon replacement no better too. Together with small tiny elevator where we had to wait multiple times to reach the floors. To top it off the lobby is hot as a oven as they don't turn on the air conditioning to save on electricity. Better off staying elsewhere.

We visited the restaurant for a meal and the ambience is calm, the staff pleasant and polite, unobtrusive. The food and service were decent overall. Since delay in serving juices which we specifically wanted served with the meal. Otherwise, a decent place.

I have had a great experiance in this hotel ... very clean and neat rooms ; excellent staff and good food .. must go

Low quality food... We ordered Thalassery Chicken biriyani & Fish biriyani.. And it's arrived as too hot and dare to even touch. So we're waiting let it cool.And the main thing is the two dishes we ordered tastes as same bcz of bleaching powder..
