A well situated business type hotel. Our room was large, very comfortable and clean. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. Dinner and breakfast both excellent and all the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
Hotel location is easily accessible...Situated in jorhat....hotel staffs are polite in nature...good,keep it up!!!Area of car parking is limited...interiors are good..room rent is reasonable.. .food quality is good..food price is also reasonable..you can enjoy is stay here definately .room and toilet are cleaned.overall good, comfortable stay..You can stay here.....
The stay was comfortable. However the bathroom was not clean upto the mark. And basic amenities like bath towel was only provided for only one person.
It was an amazing experience, the front desk people are so cooperative and humble, specially Mr. Afzal Hussain and Miss. Hilly Bora. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Great hotel in a fantastic location! During our 2 nights at this hotel, we felt well looked after by the friendly and helpful staff. The ambience of the restaurant was fantastic and breakfast was served on time and even they made a phone call to us that the breakfast is ready to serve .The food was good as well. Our room was lovely and clean and the hotel is in a great location for travelling anywhere in the city. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jorhat.
So I had stayed at Earl Grey for the first time in January'23 for 1 day. The owner was very sweet, it was a last minute booking late in the night and I was struggling with vehicle to reach there. They were kind enough to send car with his hotel staff to pick up us to reach hotel. The hotel room even after the last minute booking was well cleaned and equipped. There were even extra gift hampers for us arranged by hotel staff. It was so lovely. All the amenities were great. Morning breakfast was up to the mark, juice, puri sanji, fruits, it was a great meal. Really enjoyed it. Best stay I have had so far in Jorhat.
Service quality is really poor. Toilet was dirty, towels were dirty and old torn almost, no sense of timely response from the staff. Breakfast was ordinary and heavily priced, not at all value for money, anyone can make better breakfast than this hotel. Room bed was pretty clean and good, though they have given only 1 standard pillow per person Rest all are small sofa pillows. Restaurants coordinator was not knowledgeable om what's on the menu. Overall a bad experience and won't recommend to anyone.
It was a very pleasant stay, the service boys were very polite.

The restaurant is owned by a lady who single handedly looks after everything from serving food to handling customer queries. Really love the pure Ethnic food here especially people who love pork it is a must visit place. I highly recommend this place
