Visited this place on 14&15th April 2018. Very nice place to stay, it has scenic view also. The rooms were clean and maintained. Charged us for 3000/- per room. I loved this house construction and got inspired by the architecture . Got some ideas too ...hope to put in use when I build my house. I feel the only downside was the complimentary breakfast - not much options left to choose as there was only idly and upama prepared by the North Indian cook who is also the caretaker of this place . Imagine South Indian dish prepared by North Indian cook, we're surprised it tasted good.
Amazing place just before Kotagiri town... We choose this as we wanted flexibility of using the kitchen.. the place is clean and very well maintained... The 4 rooms are spacious each good enough for a small family. The garden and the tea estate gives you some amazing view of the valley bellow and one can see both sunrise and sunset.. the cook is helpful and makes some tasy dishes... Also one can enjoy options like barbecue and camp fire.
Nice place. Easily reachable from kotagiri. The cook Kishore is very good. His food is little bit North Indian style. Four nice rooms with attached baths. Well maintained. Look out for the bathroom locks, might get struck sometimes..oops

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
