**Eagle Hotel** My family and I recently stayed at the Eagle Hotel in Srinagar, Kashmir during our family trip for Children Summer Holidays. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant, although there were a few areas that could have been improved. Here's a breakdown of our stay: Pricing: The pricing at the Eagle Hotel was reasonable, and we felt it offered good value for our money. We were satisfied with the rates and found them to be affordable. Lack of AC: One downside was the absence of air conditioning in our room. Considering the climate in Srinagar, especially during the summer, having an AC would have greatly enhanced our comfort. This was a minor inconvenience, but worth mentioning but staying was comfortable at night as it gets reasonably cold at night in Srinagar. Family Room: We stayed in a spacious family room that had two double beds, which was perfect for accommodating our entire family. The room was comfortable and provided enough space for us to relax. Cleanliness: While the staff was friendly and kind, we noticed that the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved. It would have been great if they had paid more attention to the details in cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms. Location: The Eagle Hotel is located in the beautiful area of Nishat, which offers stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions. Staff: The staff at the Eagle Hotel were genuinely nice and helpful. They were attentive to our needs and provided good customer service throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome. Overall, the Eagle Hotel in Srinagar, Kashmir was a decent choice for our family trip. While the lack of AC and cleanliness could have been improved, the friendly staff and good location made up for it. We would consider staying here again in the future. No electricity As a guest, I expect to have access to basic amenities, and hot water is undoubtedly one of them. However, throughout my stay, the hot water supply was inconsistent at best. It was extremely frustrating to endure cold showers, especially during the chilly weather of Srinagar. The resort's failure to address this issue promptly was disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast provided by Eagle Resort was nothing short of a disaster. The selection was limited, and the quality was extremely poor. The food was tasteless, unappetizing, and clearly lacking in freshness. It felt like they were cutting corners and compromising on the quality of ingredients. As a result, the breakfast experience left me feeling unsatisfied and craving for a decent meal elsewhere. Moreover, the service at Eagle Resort was subpar. The staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in addressing guest concerns. When I raised the issue of the hot water, their response was lackluster, and no immediate action was taken to rectify the problem. The overall lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach was evident, leaving me with a sense of disappointment. Furthermore, the resort itself was in a state of disrepair. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The furniture showed signs of wear and tear, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. Considering the inadequate facilities, terrible breakfast, lackluster service, and overall poor condition of the resort, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Eagle Resort in Srinagar. There are plenty of other accommodations in the area that offer better amenities and a more pleasant experience. I strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative options for their stay in Srinagar to avoid the disappointment that I encountered at Eagle Resort.

It was a truly unenjoyable start to each day. Overall, my experience at Eagle Resort in Srinagar was marred by a lack of hospitality, inflated prices, and a dreadful breakfast service. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this resort to think twice. There are surely better options available in Srinagar that offer superior value for money and a more enjoyable experience.

A great resort to stay. Food is amazing and staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and moat important thing is the view of mountains from the hotel . Had an amazing experience here.

Near this hotel eagle resort is all facilities. Like departmental store. Medical stores and good market.we liked to stay here and rooms is neat and clean owner naseer ji and staff is very nice people and helpful. Food was excellent.
