Eagle Fantasy - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

STAY AWAY FROM OYO AND THIS HOTEL. I booked this Hotel through OYO for which I had an advance payment. This was booked by OYO support team. Initially I tried calling the reception of this hotel and the phone is always not reachable. After reaching the hotel, they denied me check in for my booking due to over booking(just a way to do business offline). They asked me to pay extra money for the rooms which are not at all worth paying (as I do not have any option as all other hotels are full). The rooms are not clean and TV, Ac remote are not working. This hotel is not at all recommended to stay and never ever book through OYO. They are just doing business without thinking about customer and OYO customer support team is pathetic and liar. I stayed here for 1 night. Checkin 22 Oct 23 and checkout 23 Oct 23. And after calling OYO, they will put you on hold forever telling we are contacting the owner. STAY AWAY FROM OYO AND THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are so clean with good interiors and with good service... Response from the receptionist was so kind and good... Had a good time in Eagle fantasy. Thank you

We had nice stay at Egale fantasy for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and staffs are polite and helpful (especially Chaitra ma'am) Thank you

Rooms was very nice and hygiene staff are very polite and well behaved

They denied to give towels and water bottle as the check in was 1am I do not recommend here

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF. We booked this hotel 3-4 days ago and when we arrived, which was at 4 pm (5 hours late from the original timing) the rooms were not prepared there were ciggarettes and match sticks lying around everywhere. The receptionist and and the manager were not there for the whole day then a guy with his few friends who we did not know were staff or not were sitting at the reception when we came back and they were very rude (and probably high as well) they kept ignoring us and after a while they went up to the room next to us and drank with his friends. The room we stayed in was a mess and beer bottles were lying around and stains on the bedsheets and walls. There was nobody but 4 drunk guys there who did not care to help They were rude and kept saying they couldnt do anything. NEVER GO THERE WITH YOUR FAMILY. Worst oyo experience of my life.

Very bad experience with this hotel. I booked this hotel week ago for my stay from agoda, and when reached there they refused to give us a room and the reason was an excess booking. After lots of arguments, they gave us a room and charged us extra money. Instead of paying extra money the TV was off, AC was off, and the rooms were not properly clean I found cigarette ash and cartage in my room, and the bedsheets and blanket were smelling. Overall I will not recommend This property to anyone.

cheapest service in terms of everything. We paid oyo but when we arrived here they charged an extra amout of 1000 rs... And we booked classic room but they provide us saver room (after charged 500rs ).. It is very small and uncleaned... Tv and Ac also not working there, Rude behavior and irresponsible staff.... Totally we had worst experience in this hotel... I think local lodge's are better then this hotel...
