Doctors are always coming late, and mostly trying to avoid, and how to not treat and refer to another location. Cleaning is not proper, every where is spiders. And the most important thing is all the security staff are not maintaining their duty dresses and doing their duty in formal dress and slippers (chappal). Most of them are handicapped and behaviour is like the president of the hospital

I suffer a lot after admitting my father in Esi Asansol during that time my father was not so sick but after 2 or 3 days treatment his health become so poor even he can not walk.Me and my Mother have requested to the Doctor,Super to shift my father on another Hospital for better treatment but they did not take any request.Today a patient has died due to their neglegance and after Agitation in the Esi Asansol they Refer Vivekananda Hospital,Durgapur where It is found that My fathers Lungs gets defected and there is a risk of my father life.and after 3days my father died.some staff , doctor ,sister behaviour very bad, very horrible condition of asansol esi

Very bad behaviour with IP like a criminal for refer because my mother had a open heart surgery 3 years ago and now she has gyno prblm and have to operation as per esic gyno surgeon on Monday and he referred to office for higher.but I didnt get any refer Paper till now Thursday. they are saying that your paper is incomplete so you have to wait.i am going for paper from Monday to Thursday now on Thursday they said that now completed and you have to wait for more 4 days to approvel then we will give you the refer paper At last i visited to the supritendent for above and I said that my mom has bleeding but he said that's your problem.

For them Patients are not human beings for one work you have to Visit 3 to 4 times even more than that they are just spending their Duty time noting more than that very bad experience sorry to say that, specially the Refer room Section on 1st Floor they don't care about anyone's health condition they just came to spend their duty hour and on that also they are not working.

Very poor service. Sister who takes blood for test highly incompetent they need training and supervision.

Employees' State Insurance (abbreviated as ESI) is a self-financing social security and health insurance scheme for Indian workers. The fund is managed by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) according to rules and regulations stipulated in the ESI Act 1948. ESIC is a Statutory and an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. In March 1943, Prof. B.P.Adarkar was appointed by the Government of India to create a report on the health insurance scheme for industrial workers. The report became the basis for the Employment State Insurance (ESI) Act of 1948.The promulgation of Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 envisaged an integrated need based social insurance scheme that would protect the interest of workers in contingencies such as sickness, maternity, temporary or permanent physical disablement, death due to employment injury resulting in loss of wages or earning capacity. The Act also guarantees reasonably good medical care to workers and their immediate dependents. Following the promulgation of the ESI Act the Central Govt. set up the ESI Corporation to administer the Scheme. The Scheme thereafter was first implemented at Kanpur and Delhi on 24 February 1952. The Act further absolved the employers of their obligations under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961 and Workmen's Compensation Act 1923. The benefits provided to the employees under the Act are also in conformity with ILO conventions. The act was initially intended for factory workers but later became applicable to all establishments having 10 or more workers. As on 31 March 2016, the total beneficiaries are 82.8 million.

Only for employees working in any industry , you have to wait a lot to get a particular treatment, But food quality and quantity is more than enough But ambulance facilities are not that good , you have to book your own vehicle
