Major letdown at E.K Nayanar. The casualty staff's lack of experience was evident from the moment I arrived. They seemed to have nothing and did not know how to handle even basic situations. Their hesitation and inability to provide prompt and accurate care left me feeling uncomfortable with the level of knowledge they have in this hospital. When it comes to medical emergencies, you want confident and competent professionals. Unfortunately, E.K Nayanar cannot do this basic thing. If you need quality care in the future, look elsewhere.

Irresponsible and inexperienced nursing staff. On 4/2/2021,due to an injury i visited this hospital for first time. They made me to wait in casualty for 1 hour. No staff or doctor turned up. Few more patients were waiting for doctor, includes one old lady with severe breathing issues. Nursing staffs were walking around, none of them attended patients.Returned op ticket and went to nearby hospital. Worst experience ever.

Very worst experience i ever had from a hospital Staffs are very lazy they never shows any kind of devotion to duty.everything takes hours if it is an emergency too....no proper nursing care.irresponsible staff,worst nursing and other supportive care I couldn't call it as a hospital care

Very bad experience, no covid protocol maintained, staffs are very rude with patients, non of them don't know what is customer/patient care. One of the lab technician (look like incharge) keep me wait in lab for nothing, they were busy with their own work... at-least a greetings to the person who is waiting infront of them... they don't have that much manners... Money making hospital with low grade setup...

Good Doctors and Good hospital at reasonable fee. But the pharmacy is worst. The waiting time at pharmacy is very longer. Management should take necessary action to avoid longer waiting time. Everyone's time is precious.

Good hospital except there is no dietician... Immediately mangement should take necessary action on this. In Today's pandameic it is very important to provide a dietician facility.in every distrct and states and different parts of the world,different dietician are posted,diet is an important part of our life.I hope you will immediately post new one

Good doctors available. But hospital is not neat...pharmacy is worst one. We have to wait for long. Only two staffs are there and they are very slow. After waiting for long some medicines we won't get only...

am so sad that they have not provided with a dietician where its importance have been increased all over the world and patients should be aware about the pandemic and its causes .Dietician is a must in every hospital.I hope you will hire a dietician soon.
