This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Also has every equipment you might need for your fitness journey. I'v been on PT by the coach CHANDU for about 4 months now. He takes me through special routine which helps cut down fat and gain muscle at same time and suggests the appropriate diet to go with it. It's been great so far am seeing amazing changes in my body and my energy levels have increased Significantly . AMAZING GYM, AMAZING WORKOUTS!

Great gym with all the needed equipments. It's so well maintained and the gym staffs are so good and motivating. The gym coaches coach in the best way which is apt for us. The gym is one of the highly rated gym in the hosa road. I would also recommend to join this gym if you're interested in hitting a hifi gym with excellent equipment and valuable time spending here.first I started weight 98 now I reduced 81kg. As a general training.. it's a good gym.. please join and motivate everyday

The gym is very clean, and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a hygienic environment, especially in these times. The variety of equipment available is impressive. No matter what type of workout I'm looking for, I can find the right equipment.

I have been going to this gym for past 9 months, my experience is really good. I have to especially Thank my Trainer Sampath. I would definitely say he is one of the best trainer, he is more patient while teaching an workout which makes me more comfortable and he definitely teaches the workout again and again until it is achieved perfectly. All trainers are so humble and helpful.

One the best gym in my experience. Very well equipped and most importantly well ventilated. The fitness coach Sampath is simply perfect, great trainer, pushes to your limits and gives the desired result.

Nice gym, maintains good sanity.. has good set of machines.. is on a bit pricey side if you buy monthly subscription.. but they run good offers to bring down the price
