Admin staff Mrs Saroja was very helpful and supportive and she helped us through cashless process. I really want to thank all of the staff. Nursing staff has taken good care of me.The medical professionals were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I'm grateful for the excellent care I received here.

I visited here as most of the hospitals are closed on Sunday evening. But her I got an instant appointment. The staff is helpful and my orthopaedic doctor was quite helpful. I was last for the follow-up but he rescheduled my appointment and came back just to see my reports. The exterior can misguide you but as you enter, it is clean.

The quality of care I received was excellent. The medical staff, including the doctors and nurses, were highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Completely misguided on the package rates by the concerned team,charged more like Big Branded Hospitals without any much facilities & adamant behaviour of admin staff & MD. Hospital rates are managed unofficially, without any brochure or tariff if the charges. However Doctor Mahalakshmi who treated us is Excellent,kudos to her. But completely disappointed on unprofessional way of dealing & misguiding by admin team/management. We have admitted my daughter,but strongly not recommend this Hospital

An accident involved broken toes and from a medical point of view, it was excellent. Dr. Bharath, ortho did the surgery. However, the rest of the aspects is very poor Medical Attention:4/5 Housekeeping:0/5 (the room has cockroaches and it needed multiple reminders to the staff to spray ); leaking commode and a wet bathroom floor... Ambience:0/5 - the nurses are so loud in their personal chatter..had to remind them to be quiet as the patient is trying to sleep. Insurance/Documentation: 0/5, Multiple follow up for hospital registration certificate and a callous attitude by the supervisor too. No point in escalation. The front desk is of no help. Special mention to Naveena for making sure discharge documents and billing went smooth.
