I recently visited the shop, and i had a very unpleasant experience.I understand performing detailed QC check for all the articles are not possible. They claim that they perform physical QC but sadly the first 3 boxes of earphone that i opened had their wire cut, god knows what they check in physical QC.I heard them talking about repairing earphones, So it is clear that they sell repaired products, most probably having less reliability.Moving to the staff behaviour, I would rate it below par as they are least bothered about customer and are happy to make them wait.I could have rated it 1 but I don't want to impact their business, I just hope they improve their service.

They don't deal in retail, only wholesale. so don't confuse from their whole sale rate. and don't waste your time by going there. also i am suggesting to owner that you should mention whole sale clearly in your videos.
