Located near chakala (JB nagar) metro station. Nice place to work. Outsid building u will find many street food options also.

Accessibility wise this place has a good location but the road outside is almost unwalkable, with lots of dust and unfinished work. Inside the compound the walkway behind the building is also not levelled so not very comfortable to walk. But it is quite place and has a gym & recreation room.
One more glass fronted building that is conveniently located. They are walking distance from the Chakala JB Nagar Metro Station. They have two wings A and B and good parking space around the two buildings and also in the basement. As the open space around the building is large walking is possible. The campus has many trees and so too it's neighboring plots. There are no eateries within but some right outside.
2 min walking distance from chakala metro station. Get office on rent basis and pay on per employee basis. It include your maintenance, electricity bill. It includes unlimited tea and coffee. Good for the start up and enterprenur to start of with little investment.
Very accessible from JB Nagar(chakala) metro. Tall building and perfect for business. Near by Western Express highway and also Marol Naka metro station. Parking is also a available there and also opposite to road there is movie theatre and Relience trend outlet. Pizza hut and dominoz is also there.
Place too confusing. Entrance of the building too far from the main gate. Anyone visiting the place for the first time will definitely get lost and cannot reach the building unless asking help from someone. Also the building gives you the feels of some too old business complex.
Even though it is a major landmark the building is in very bad state. Sewage water is continously leaking from all parts of building. Further there are dengue mosquitoes in abundance in wing b of this building. Overall it is a very pathetic place even though it is a major landmark.
