I have enrolled group mat yoga classes at Dynamic yoga studio. everyday I attend classes and learn yoga from Richa mam and Dr.Guneet both of them are very patience in giving mild to experienced yoga excersices. For me every day after their yoga session I gain more positive energy and though I have weight gain problem day by day my flexibility has been improved and also helps my weight loss journey. I also took their relaxation yoga course which helps calm myself after my 8 hours long IT job and now I am able to even stay active after 6 pm for my family to look after them. Definitely for me a life changing decision that i joined here. Looking forward to learn more from Dr.Guneet Mam.
I am 30y and joined 1 month morning online yoga session of guneet mam 2 weeks before . She is so focused and listens to issues so attentively and is a great instructor. I had many health issues before joining the session and now my health and strength is improving day by day. My anxiety level has reduced and I feel more positive towards the life. Will continue the session further also.
My experience with Dynamic yoga studio and Both Jaismeet and Guneet Madam has been extremely rewarding. The hour long sessions provided with perfect balance of Yoga Asana's and Cardio, often followed by Meditation sessions. The all-round workouts helped me maintain my focus during the trying times of COVID. In all i would highly recommend the classes, specially to the students. Thank you and Godspeed.
It's a wonderful yoga class which I don't want to miss at all... the content is very superb and I look forward to attend these classes. Dr.Guneet is very good and corrects our posture and pushes us more which really inspires me to do more. My flexibility had increased tremendously. One of the best yoga centers in Udaipur. I joined Dynamic Yoga Studio around 3 months ago, that time i couldn't even touch my toes. Now i can do advanced yoga poses. It also helped me lose weight. Along with yoga, pranayam and meditation is also taught. On Saturday we have special classes in which different activities like zumba, music yoga etc. are organized. Special shout out to Dr.Guneet who has always pushed me to improve my yoga.
One of the best place in udaipur to learn Traditional Yoga. They have their branch in saheli nagar area as well and they offer online classes as well so , those who live outside udaipur can also take online class and have all the benefits of Yoga. All the teachers are so knowledgeable , helpful and supportive. They offer variety of batches starting from kids yoga batch to Senior citizen yoga batch which is a great thing. Also they offer special batch for weight management, with diet consultancy. Sometimes outside activities and free workshop are organised for outside people so that many people can get the benefit of yoga and can be healthy and fit.
