Amazing place to learn martial arts. I can confidently say that I'm so much stronger mentally and physically after training here at dynamic kickboxing. Suvro sir is an amazing coach and guide and will thoroughly work on your basics and your form. Each session is an intense session that compels you to test your limits and after each session you feel more active and fresh. Overall, it was a great experience training at dynamic kickboxing.

Great place to learn kickboxing (for beginners as well as experts). The coaches guide us through different aspects of the artform (combat fitness as well as cross fitness) to ensure overall development of the student. Also, there are a lot equipments available for individual training which can be accessed freely anytime of the working hour. Some suggestions: (a) It would be nice if the boxing bags could be installed. This would allow us to come and work on our combat techniques individually (b)Possibility for a yoga instructor (iyengar or hatha yoga)? I think it would be nice to add a dimension of flexibility to our training regime.

Trained at Dynamic for 4 months. Easily the best mental and physical decision of my life. I have tried learning a dozen sports so far for fitness and fun but none have been as transformational for me as Muay Thai has been. The classes are hard, definitely a lot of work. There is a lot of cardio and occasional strength training, but if you are willing to push yourself and commit to your goals, you will improve and learn fast. Learning Muay Thai here gave me confidence, strength, stamina, and also a lot of peace of mind! Big thanks to Suvro sir for creating a learning environment in class where everyone tries to push each other to do better and guide newcomers! I had the best experience training here!

One of the most cherished experiences in life is my time training in kickboxing/cross fit at Dynamic. I used to travel a lot back and forth from Mayur Vihar(where I live) to Noida for it, but it was worth it. Both Suvro Sir and Sandeep Sir's techniques can really really change your relationship with fitness for the better. Trust me, Dynamic's dynamic is that of a fun-loving family, where taking care of your health doesn't feel like a chore. They analyse your progress in such detail every step of the way, you'll soon start noticing the changes. My only regret is not joining them earlier so that I had more time with them before leaving for my master's abroad I can't wait to go back to working out alongside my favourite trainers and friends :)

I am not one to exaggerate but this is one of the safest, nicest and coolest place to be. I joined their MMA sessions for the purpose of self defence and it has helped me gain a lot of drive, strength and stamina. The coaches provide perfectly safe and comfortable space to learn at individual paces and well, for rest, you should check it out. Better than a gym, for sure!

I have been training with team dynamic for 5 years now, have had a great time training with equally dedicated fighters and a great coach Suvro sir. They have the best infra one will need for training for any combat/hands on sport or for strength&conditioning.
