Foods are too good specially "Mutton Biryani" but you have to order as early as possible

Very good hotel to stay with delicious food at reasonable price

Amazing food, definitely recomended. They made the biryani surprisingly well and so was the tandoori. We also got some chicken dishes and they were delicious!

Very bad experience. The guy in the reception was more concerned to watch the football match than checking the order which I reminded him after 25 minutes. While making the payment he refused to take card payment. When I told him that then u should display on the counter that card not accepted. When I told him that u have a card machine he replied rudely it's not working. Very unprofessional behaviour. Very disappointed. Very bad customer service. GM F&B

Not the best place to stay in Haldia. Rooms are ok if you are on a business trips. Not expect too much from the rooms. Basic rooms. Everything about the hotel in normal, nothing special to mention regarding the stay. But, if you are a foodie you will love it here. You will find different cuisines here at moderate rate. Both the quality and quantity of the food is good. Overall, to finish, I would say you should try the restaurant and bar to try out lip smacking cuisines.

Its basically a lodge type hotel. Now they have opened separate restaurant named as Delicious Restaurant cum Bar. They offer variety type of liquor with snacks and food also. Their food quality is not up to the mark compared to the price. But the ambience and service is good. They also provide home delivery, but it's too lazy service with extra delivery charge and parcel charge. You may enjoy their with friends.

Had to give 4 stars this time as experience with the washrooms were not good. There is immediate maintenance required in the same. Also, food must be avoided at any cost. Else, staff is really helpful.

The ambience could have been better and the bar section should be separated from the family dining section. The food still has the authentic taste so really loved it,do taste the mutton biriyani here,its simply mouth watering.
