For the price they charge, I would have given a rating of less than 1 if available. 1. Starting with pick up service, we had to literally search for the driver after coming out of station. After settling inside the vehicle it would not start. We wanted to hire another cab but the driver delayed opening the boot (dickey). After 10 mins wait he opened and we took a cab at almost half the price. 2. There is no vehicle access to the hotel. We had to walk to the hotel (approx half a km) in the dark (early morning) in the narrow lanes full of garbage stinking badly. 3. Rooms are badly maintained. Flush was not working properly. Very small and unusable basin. No housekeeping. 4. Restaurant is outsourced and not maintained properly. For a two day stay we had breakfast only once and it was not very good. Only exception was tea. 5. Hotel entrance is shabby. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lot of improvements are possible in room maintenance, food, overall upkeep but only possible if the owners are interested. Only good thing was their boys would carry ur luggage from pick up and drop off points. No photos taken since experience was exceptionally bad.

We had very great time. Rooms were clean, bathroom was clear, hot water was provided. Location is the best. Staff and the manager are awesome people. They help to the very extent possible for them. We had checked in at night at around 3. Staff helped us pick our luggage and were always helping us to and fro. I would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are not worthy of the tariff they charge. Size of the room is very small, painting flakes and wallpapers are coming out. No maintenance. Only positive point is it's location. Room tariff too high for this quality of hotel, not even a two star hotel.

The hotel is alluring with it situated just at the ghat, and the Ganga view suite. However if you would not like to climb steep stairs, you may prefer another hotel. During our stay there was an issue with the washroom which didn't get addressed despite us mentioning it several times!

This hotel is a real treasure to find, being on Varanasi ghats with a ganga view from room. And 2-5mins walking distance to Dashashwamedh Ghat for evening aarti, boats are available for ghat rides and enjoy morning peaceful vibes. Staff is friendly and hospitality is really nice. We highly recommend this place, must visit!

If you book this hotel, you can be rest assured that you are going to get a super view of the Ganges. The service is good, one may find it difficult to reach the hotel by walking but trust me its worth it, the service and the view will make up for it. If you want to do darshan, make sure you inform the hotel beforehand, they will make sure you can do it with ease and they will assist you with it. But, the main attraction of this hotel is Guddu bhaiya. Make sure you ask of him once you reach the hotel. He will make sure you have everything you need, starting from sightseeing to temple darshan.

Experiences can be bad, but trust me if I say so it's just an understatement. How will you feel if I say, I've been charged premium (~5K per night ) for a river facing view room with all decent facilities (wifi and a working tv) but being forced to stay in the same room which was shabby, dirt filled, having water seeping through the walls and not to mention the absence of the decent facilities mentioned above. Yes, and that after repeated reminder to the hotel manager at different times of the day, different days of the stay ( I was booked for 4N), hoping it will be fruitful depending on his mood. And yes did I mention that for informing the manager you need to crawl through half of the hotel courtesy the non working but prevant for show phone. Yes that's a 3.8 user rating hotel for you, Dwivedi Hotels. I'm attaching the screenshots kindly refer if you ever think of booking in the future.

Access road to hotel is horrible. You have to walk 20 min through very dirty and full of potholes narrow lanes to reach the nearest road. Horrified everytime you think of going out. Small squeezed rooms.
