Good- Rooms are big enough. Clean Nice ambience - Big parking area Bad- Receptionist don't know how to smile - No greetings Worst break fast - very hard idlies

Calm and lovely place with lots of greenery, a bit away from Erode town. Ample parking is available. We had taken two villa rooms. Villa has a separate sitting area with balcony, a large bedroom plus bathroom. Room is decorated in muted colors and has a high ceiling, which is nice. Mattress is ok, not very firm. Bathroom is large enough with good toiletries. There is enough wardrobe space and lots of power points. Wifi is good. Breakfast is EXCELLENT, kudos to the kitchen team. We had dinner one night , that also exceeded our expectations. The staff is lovely, soft spoken and ready to help. One thing I loved was staff do not wear footwear inside guest rooms ( we don't either), so the floor remained clean. Few things which can be improved. 1. Bath room can be made a bit more sparkling clean, considering that this is a luxury resort. 2. Please keep extra toilet rolls and pillows. 3. At least 2 complimentary water bottles can be given every day Thanks to all the staff who took care of us

Awesome rooms. Actually very good service and the staffs are very friendly. We had a marriage function arranged and in one situation they handled the issue smoothly even though the issue was not theirs. 100% best.

This resort is awesome Well maintained. Rooms are neat and clean. Close to Erode town. Very relaxing. We stayed in private pool room. Wow.. we will stay here again.

Very well appointed rooms, modern and clean ambiance. The resort was very clean and so was the pool. Staff was attentive. Room service was good. Restaurant food was good but lacks a manager to manage it and the service was sloppy. Otherwise it was a good resort for families

I have been here for an official meeting. I feel this is a bit costly for its service in this locality. Food was also not too good. Can be improved for the price they charge.

We had our big event happening in this resort yesterday. its a felicitation ceremony for SKM Sree Shiva kumar sir. Excellent service, co-ordination right from the day one by Mr. Rashid. Hats Off to that person. He had taken personalised care for each and every person in the event. The food served for all were out of the world. His timely help for organizing the standee and the podium were superb. Rashid thank you so much once again for all your support. This event went on really well and all this appreciations are only becoz of this team. My hearty thanks first to Rashid and all his team members.
