Dwaraka Inn - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Rooms were well maintained. Food is also good. They only allow check-in from 10am if you want to check-in early they charge extra 700/- which not mentioned in my MakeMyTrip ticket

Location is good. Hotel rooms interiors needs a fresh look, cupboards need varnish paint , toilet tap needs attention. Apart from tariffs , a lot more needs to be done to meet customers expectations Cables kit needs upgradation. Owner needs to personally check up rooms with a check list.

Room really worst and not cleaned, and used bed sheets, pillow covers. Not changed and even asked Room service till morning they never change new bed sheets, dupatta. 2500/ waste of Money. We can get best rooms instead of taking rooms at this Hotel.

My stay at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The room had a dirty pillow, and basic amenities like drinking water and towels were not provided. There was no room service available, limiting dining options. The staff displayed rude behavior, which was unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite breakfast being included in my booking, the hotel was not prepared to provide it. These issues made my stay extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The lack of cleanliness, essential amenities, and professional behavior from the staff reflect poorly on the hotel's standards. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these problems and improve their services for future guests.

Not a luxurious hotel although amenities are available room may not look fine. Average amenities. And they lack of staff so they don't provide food very fast. You need to wait for 45 mins to 1 hr to get your order. Lot of wait time as there was only 1 or 2 people to manage everything in the restaurant. On a scale of 5 will suggest upto 3... or 3.5

Very nice spot with lots of greenery surrounding. The price is okay. But if early check-in is there it would have been the best hotel.Only thing is it is little far away from the temple. Day time reaching from temple to hotel is fine, but night I would suggest that having a vehicle to reach the hotel is best option.

The hotel Dwarka Inn is situated in a very busy area and close to both Bus station and Railway station besides the advantage of excellent vegetarian food hotels. Maintenance part to be taken care of including fan regulators and bathroom cleaning and room cleaning to be taken care of as this part was neglected by the house keeping people.

Ok ok place.. restaurant food is not that good..location is added advantage..room service is very good..cost of the room is bit expensive..it requires to pay one complete day rent if you extending your stay by 4 hrs or so
