My stay at the Dutch Bungalow | Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi was a pleasant experience overall. The historical charm of the place and its location in the heart of Fort Kochi truly added a special touch to my journey. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had. The hospitality of the staff truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, with its historical architecture and traditional details, created a charming atmosphere. However, upon entering the rooms, I noticed that they could benefit from some improvements. Although they were comfortable, modernizing certain aspects, such as lighting or furniture, could enhance the overall experience and ensure an even more pleasant stay for guests. Despite this minor inconvenience, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping service did an excellent job keeping everything in order. In summary, the Dutch Bungalow | Heritage Hotel is a lovely place with exceptional staff who strive to make guests feel welcome. Although the rooms could benefit from some improvements, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to those looking for a unique stay in Fort Kochi.

An excellent small heritage hotel in a Peaceful area with good facility. We liked the Ambiance, room and the comfort of the bed. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding very much. Buffet breakfast was decent especially the south Indian dishes The staffs were very friendly especially the reception and the restaurant. Housekeeping done an excellent job. Thanks and will definitely recommended dutch bungalow to our friends and families. See you soon.

Brilliant locaction. Very friendly staff. Large rooms with good air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Excellent laundry service. However it is a rather 'tired' hotel with rooms needing improvement. No tea/coffee facilities in the bedrooms.

It's a really old property and gives off a rustic Dutch vibe. This two story property has about 10 rooms which are really spacious and clean. Being an ABAD hotel I feel it could be in a much better shape like the water damages on the walls could be fixed, they can easily keep a kettle and tea bags in each room ( currently they have a common one per floor). The lunch was disappointing.Service was slow and the food was below average. Breakfast buffet was okay-ish, tasted better than the lunch. The location is good, beach is with in a walkable distance.

Had a nice stay at Dutch Bungalow..ambience is good..peaceful and quiet place to stay.. ...breakfast menu is delicious..But rooms need improvement..locks are not working properly and kettle is placed in common area..But very cooperative and friendly staff. .Helped in booking cab and extended checkout time

Right in the middle of Fort Kochi within walkable distance of all attractions. Very calm, serene place, great history for all those interested. Live music, fresh food, good service, value for money. We also took their bikes out for a ride in the morning, which wasn't even charged for. Overall, highly recommend the place.

Overall, the location of Dutch Bungalow was great as it was in close proximity to all spots of Fort kochi. The property location is around multiple restaurants. We would come back to stay for our next trip too. The Dutch Bungalow was a good stay and the cleanliness was amazing. The rooms were huge and the staff were courteous and helpful. Checkout was hassle free and they helped us with the transport. They also packed us breakfast as we had to leave early.

Nice hotel in an old Dutch building, spacious rooms with tall ceilings. Very close to the waterfront and close to great eating places like Jetty and Malabar junction. Nice breakfast, didn't try the restaurant called Foodmill. There is a swimming pool and it is clean. personally I don't like the overtly fawning attitude found in five star hotels, staff here was appropriately attentive and our stay was comfortable. Within walking distance to maritime museum and other attractions.
