Durvankur Veg Restaurant And Banquet - Vegetarian restaurant in Badlapur - Thane, India

I visited this restaurant for breakfast on our way to Nirva resort in Badlapur. Was amazed by the restaurant's interiors because it had a pleasing vibe. The interiors are designed exceptionally well and offers you the feeling of eating at a premium restaurant. We ordered Idli, Medu Vada, Upma and Pineapple Sheera. All the food items were tasty, especially the sambar served with South Indian dishes. The only itch was the coconut chutney, which was served right out of the refrigerator and extremely cold. The pricing was also affordable considering the restaurant's ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quick breakfast. There's also ample parking space in front of the restaurant.

The place is very good, quite impress with the service they have provided, I was there to celebrate my mom birthday so whatever I asked staff to do they did it very well. Staff is very humble and cooperative. Happy with over all experience. Food taste is good, would recommend to visit the restaurant.

Really nice ambience; good quality and tasting food. Service should have been a bit fast because I had visited at around 10PM and there weren't that many tables occupied; yet food was being served a bit late. But would definitely recommend to visit here.

Had our lunch on the way back from Matheran. Everything about the restaurant was well above average. I am writing this review because after a good meal, my stomach was not heavy in the evening, which is often case with many restaurants. So the food must have been freshly prepared and that too w/o soda etc. My family us happy to have eaten here Chinese, Indian and continental dishes.

We had noticed this seemingly swanky place on the Katrap main road. The facade promised a great experience inside so we decided to give it a go and brought along my in-laws to the party :). Landed up by about 8.30 PM and found the place practically empty. The immediate thought that popped into my head was that the place will bite the bullet in the near future based on the money spent on the interiors and the staff employed basically I got the impression that the owner/ promoters had over reached and such a place could be beyond the expectations of the local populace. We went in and the plaque on the table gave out the days speciality and we found "Aamras puri" On the days menu as one would guess my better half as well as my in-laws were rendered speechless. We wanted to order immediately but enquired as to the portion sizes and the helpful wait staff advised us that the Aamras portion was very limited and suggested we take seperate Aamras and puri portions. The suggestion was appreciated by both my better half as well as the in-laws so much so that we ended up ordering two of these. The experience could have been better (I am biased towards thick Aamras made from Ratnagiri Hapus). I ordered Guava Mary just because. Turned out to be just OK.
